Day 30 Inktober : Slither
When you’re up on the mighty mountains, slithering into the sleeping bag after a long day’s hike, watching the night sky with the fire logs burning on the side and not caring a damn about the world you left behind.

Day 16 Inktober : Compass
I found this drawing on Pinterest and was so attracted by it that I attempted to draw the same for the sixteenth day of Inktober. Even though not as good as the real image, I had fun sketching this one.
Link to original drawing and the blog is pretty amazing too: Shihori Obata
Violence, hatred, corruption.
It is there. Everywhere.
It is not easy to cleanse the world at once.
So, let’s keep it simple.
One person at a time.
Listen to your inner voice.
Let it be your guide.
To do what is right.
Don’t ever let yourself down.
Manifest plainness, embrace simplicity, reduce selfishness, have few desires – Lao Tzu
A troubled mind
Became a cause of my misery
A hurtful racist remark
Made me doubt the sanity of humanity.
What is this religion for which we fight?
That we are so passionate and proud about..
Does it teach us to beat people?
Harm them, murder them, or hurt them?
If it does, then why are you standing by it?
If it doesn’t, then why are you doing it?
Religion is staying together and showing mercy.
It is loving one another and being at peace.
It is about making the world a better place for our children.
The theme of war is popular in movies.
Every single story which is based on war has made hearts weep and tormented minds with grief.
Yet we fight.
We make movies and we write stories on war with an eternal hope that someday man will realize the consequences of war and stop it once and for all.
It is a sad reality of this world where no matter how much one tries to promote peace, somewhere in some part of the world, soldiers continue to fight and innocents continue to die.
Man fights man by wrecking havoc in each other’s lives. They understand war only spreads sorrow and causes misery..yet they continue to fight.
Whose fight is it anyway?
When will there be a time where all of us will live together, forgetting about power, differences in culture, color of the skin, and religion?
We are only a speck of dust in this universe, when will we understand this and learn to embrace life?
Let us be grateful for being alive, so spread love, peace, and joy every single day of your life.
Day 85
Who ever says,
Giving birth is a wonderful feeling
Is lying.
You are fooled into believing
About it being a beautiful feeling.
It is but only a responsibility,
It is hard work,
It is expectations and emotional distress.
Stop following the herd.
Stop populating the world
That is already over-populated.
Open your eyes India look around,
You are feeding those innocent mouths
By stealing,
By becoming inhuman
With greed
With a selfish hope
That they will be your only support
When you are old.
Day 78
I wish the world becomes a better place to live.
No misery, treachery or guilt.
All I wish for is –
Happiness, harmony and peace.
Each of us spread love, bring smiles
and care of the betterment of the other.
We need to be better humans with every passing day.
Is it fair for me to still hope this way?
