Day 31
Drifting in the air
A dried leaf
Sometimes lying on the ground.
Flying with the blowing wind.
Floating away
With no direction.
Wind, water, soil or rain
It settles wherever
Doesn’t complain
Glad about the change.

Day 31

Day 30
A deep rage veiled within
Latches on fervently.
Give free rein to inner struggles
So as to remain sane.
Day 28
If only the mind had simple thoughts
Then life wouldn’t be in a troublesome state of affairs.
The greed and desires are many
They never seem to come to an end.
Utter helplessness leads to a fear
Of being consumed
by yet another cloud of dark sadness.
Day 27
Every fleeting moment a new idea.
A new desire.
A different feeling.
Racing mind.
Ever so restless.
Who are we really?
Ever-changing.
Day 26
Looking out the window
With puppy dog eyes.
Many thoughts and questions,
Fill my mind.
Unlike others,
Small talks are not something of desire.
Happy inside the bubble,
Comfortable in the shell.
Yet, a genuine connection..
A meaningful conversation
Will be welcomed with gleeful eyes.

Day 25
The church bells ring
The birds sing
Perched on the branches, they swing
Some sweet memories they bring.
While a girl in her red cap,
Crosses the street holding a cat
and has a small chat,
With a naughty lil brat.
Day 24
Like drops of dew on a leaf.
And a soft breeze on the cheek.
You, with a smile of an angel.
Spread your wings of love.
– While here,
I carry a longing with a strong urge.
To intrude into the depths of your peaceful mind
and beautiful soul.
Day 22
I close my lids and ponder.
What’s to be written on the pages of life.
But all I see is darkness, grains-
Like sensations of stars.
I lose myself in the patterns.
Taking deep breaths,
I fill my insides with air.
In the light-headedness I float.
I float with a gentle smile away.
Day 15
When your thoughts pull you down,
Will you shut them off?
When you are confused,
How do you make a decision to choose?
When you feel afraid,
Do you escape?
When you are lost,
Will you try finding a path?
When you are sad and need love,
Will a hug suffice?
When you need answers,
Whom does one ask the many questions?
Day 11
The dark is mysterious
Fear, uncertainty.
But why the worry?
Hasn’t it always been quiet
Undisturbed and calm.
